Foundation Training is offered as a private session and as a group class.

Group class registration must be done online. Class sizes are limited, so it is important that you reserve your spot prior to the class date.  In order to reserve your spot you need to create a Punchpass account and purchase a pass.

Create an Account – Allows you to manage your passes, reservations, and cancellations.

Purchase a Pass – Passes are sold as single or multiple. As you attend a class it will be deducted from your package.

Reserve Your Spot – All you need to do is use the calendar to find that class that fits your schedule.  Click on the class and Sign In to reserve your spot.  In order to reserve a class, you must have an active pass.

Cancel a Class – You may Sign In to manage your reservations.  Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance or they may be deducted from your pass.
